From high profile corporate head offices, airports, department stores, retail movie store chains, theatres, office towers and schools to working with numerous property management firms and government agencies, CRS consistently provides carpet maintenance programs to a wide range of customers and facilities throughout BC.
Our continuing commitment to provide quality service has earned us the reputation as a service provider that can be trusted to get the job done right the first time.
Our People
All our Carpet Technicians are insured and bonded and have multiple years of field experience. Every site is attended by Technicians that are certified by our trade’s governing body, the Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration (IICRC), in commercial carpet maintenance, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and flood restoration. All technicians have current WHIMIS certification.
All crews are equipped with current technology using state of the art cleaning compounds. To provide the required co-ordination, supervision and trouble shooting, our crews are backed by Field Supervisors that hold Journeymen and Master Certifications. These assets give us the winning combination that sets us apart from the competition.
Our Company
CRS is also an IICRC certified firm. Certification requires us to maintain Tradesmen as Technicians and to partake in continued education programs. CRS Commercial Carpet Maintenance is a member in good standing with the Carpet Cleaning Institute of the North West (CCINW) and the British Columbia Contract Cleaners Association (BCCCA) which requires compliance with various government licensing, WCB, liability and bonding insurance requirements.
